Music Ministries

The music ministry is devoted to providing music for worship and various evangelistic meetings, for the City Temple church. We also believe in providing an avenue of fellowship for members of the congregation who share the love of singing or playing music.

We have choirs for every age group starting from the age of 5 - adults, and many opportunities for instrumentalists. All choir rehearsals are conducted on Friday nights and operate with an "open-door" policy (no auditions necessary). For more information, please contact the church office.

Church Choirs/Rehearsal Schedules:

Our functioning choirs are listed below:

Young Praise Children's Choir [Ages 4 - 12]
Director: Eva Wadley
This choir performs various times during the year. Choir rehearsals are conducted on various Friday nights as identified by the director.

Signs of Youth [Children's Signing Choir]
Director: Keisha Ricks
This choir performs periodically during the year (usually the 5th Sabbaths). Choir rehearsals are conducted on various Friday nights as identified by the director.

Total Praise Youth/Young Adult Choir [Ages 13 - 25]
Director: Adolphus "Bud" Dean
This choir performs the 2nd and 4th Sabbaths of the month. Rehearsals are conducted most Friday nights.

Sounds of Faith Adult Choir [Adults 26+]
Director: Addriene Rhodes
This choir performs the 1st and 3rd Sabbaths of the month. Rehearsals are conducted most Friday nights.

The choirs sometime combine for special Mass Choir performances at various times of the year.
